About the free R18 patch for Knights of Messiah IF: Castle in an Alternate Dimension

■ How to install the R18 patch ■
Copy all of the files in the R18 patch folder into the folder where KnightOfMessiahIF.exe is installed.
Open the “Installed files” tab in the game property window and click “Browse.” Select the KnightOfMessiahIF.exe install folder from Steam.

Make sure you close the game completely before installing the patch.
